Naruto finally meets his new sensei. His name is Kakashi Hatake. He tells the group that before they could become Genin, they will have to pass his survival test. The problem is, the test has a 66% chance of failure, and if they fail they'll be sent back to the academy. To make matters even worse, one of them will fail no matter what. Can the three pass Kakashi's test?

Description: After KidÅmaru summons his giant spider, it will release an egg sac full of "baby" spiders. These large spiders will then rain down upon his opponent. The spiders will spin a strand of webbing as they fall, as they circle the opponent the webbing will stick and bind onto the target.

Description: Named after the Shinto sun goddess, this legendary jutsu is unknown outside of the fire-manipulating Uchiha clan. The jet-black flames are said to be as hot as the Sun, and the first time touching them will be your last. It is said that the fire from this jutsu will burn for seven days and seven nights.

Description: Asa Kujaku is a taijutsu technique used by Maito Gai. Gai first opens the sixth Celestial Gate Keimon, which gives him access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, he will approach his opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, he will kick his opponent and launch them into the air. He will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. His opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

Description: This is a secret jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. The jutsu increases the user's body size, using up the user's food energy by converting calories into chakra. Akimichi clan members tend to eat fattening foods and have large physiques in order to support this technique

English Name: Partial Multi Size Technique

Description: This is a secret jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. Similar to Baika no Jutsu, Bubun Baika increases the user's body size, using up the user's calories. However Bubun Baika lets the user increase only a part of his body (like an arm).

Description: This jutsu works in combination with the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and creates a Shadow Clone that will explode on command, potentially killing or injuring those caught in the blast.

Description: Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a taijutsu technique used by Uzumaki Naruto. Naruto first uses Kage bunshin no jutsu to create several clones. These clones and Naruto launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, laying their heels into the target's shoulders and head.

Description: The Bunshin no Jutsu creates illusory duplicates of the user. It is impossible to tell which is the real ninja and which are illusions; clones generated by this technique, however, cannot attack anything as they are not physical beings. The Bunshin no Jutsu is one of the most basic ninja techniques and mastering it is required in order for one to graduate from Leaf Village's academy, and presumably any academy, and become a Genin.

Description: Those who possess the Byakuugan have an improved line of sight, a 360 degrees field of vision and the ability to see the inner coil system that transports chakra through the body. In advanced cases they can also see the opening points, which in theory gives them the ability to shut down an opponent's chakra flow completely.

Konoha (The Village of the Leaf) 12 years ago.
A Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konoha; in a final act to defeat the demon the 4th Hokage sealed its essence within the body of a baby boy whose umbilical cord had just been cut. The child now a young preteen called Naruto Uzumaki attends Ninja Academy; however because of the incident 11 years prior many in the village see him as the demon itself. As a result the only way he can get people's attention is to pull pranks and get in trouble. His dream is to become the greatest Hokage so he can then make the people of Konoha acknowledge his existence and respect him. Naruto's performance in school is less than perfect and the only person who talks to him is his instructor Iruka.
When he fails the exam and doesn't graduate for the third year in a row he is tricked by Mizuki to steal the scroll of forbidden techniques. When Naruto finds out Mizuki's evil plan he runs away in confusion. When Naruto hears Iruka say good things about him he realizes that there is someone who cares about him. So, when Mizuki tries to hurt Iruka, Naruto becomes angry. He then uses a technique he learned from the scroll, called the Shadow Clone Jutsu, and beats up Mizuki. Iruka then gives Naruto the surprise that he graduates the academy. Meanwhile the Hokage looks on through a crystal ball, smiling.
